LIVING THINGS
2nd class enjoyed learning all about keeping their bodies healthy! They explored the benefits of exercise and healthy eating! They had lots of fun making their own food pyramids! 🥦🍏🥗🥩

To celebrate National Daffodil Day 3rd & 4th class dissected a daffodil from our school garden, identified the different parts and function of each.

2nd class investigated which materials attract or repel magnets.
Balloon Powered Cars!
3rd & 4th loved building their own balloon powered cars and learning about potential and kinetic energy! They also recorded the distance travelled by their car. Check out the videos below to see them in action!

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS AND CARE
All classes (2nd - 6th) planted flowers and herbs in our plant boxes in the hope of attracting bees to our school garden. Thank you Ms. Breiden for organising this and sharing your 'green' knowledge on how to look after our plant boxes.
All classes have a responsibility to look after our school environment and ensure it is appealing to the eye.
